Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Own SLIs/SLOs and monitoring for assigned products or platforms. - Implement observability tools and dashboards for proactive performance management. - Manage build/release pipelines and provisioning automation for assigned scope. - Reduce operational toil through scripting and automation-first practices. - Lead on-call rotations; ensure timely resolution and root cause analysis. - Work with Directors and VP, SRE to align reliability initiatives with organizational goals. - Partner with Cloud Ops for infrastructure readiness and patching coordination. - Mentor engineers and foster a culture of reliability and continuous improvement. Qualifications: - 12+ years in SRE or DevOps roles; 5+ years in people leadership. - Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, and OctopusDeploy. - Strong AWS and Infrastructure-as-Code skills. - Excellent incident management and communication skills.
