- Develop and implement a comprehensive business excellence training strategy: Lead the development and implementation of a long-term training strategy aligned with the overall business excellence vision and organizational goals.
- Identify and prioritize training needs: Conduct thorough analysis to identify critical training needs across various business excellence roles and skill levels.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning: Drive a culture that emphasizes continuous learning and fosters employee engagement in business excellence methodologies.
- Stay informed on industry best practices: Continuously research and integrate emerging trends and best practices in business excellence training methodologies and content.
- Manage the business excellence training department: Provide overall leadership and direction for the training department, setting goals, objectives, budgets, and performance metrics.
- Oversee curriculum development and delivery: Supervise the development, review, and delivery of a comprehensive training curriculum for business excellence programs like Lean Six Sigma.
- Manage training staff and resources: Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance management of training instructors and staff. Effectively allocate resources for program development and technology.
- Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness: Establish and implement strategies to measure the impact and effectiveness of training programs using advanced data analytics.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders: Forge solid relationships with senior leadership, department heads, and other stakeholders to garner support for business excellence training initiatives.
- Identify and partner with external training providers: Evaluate and select external training providers for specialized or advanced business excellence training if necessary.
- Lead innovation in training methods and technologies: Explore and implement innovative training methods and technologies (e.g., e-learning, blended learning) to enhance learning experiences and program effectiveness.
- Promote data-driven decision making: Champion the use of data analytics to identify areas for improvement in training programs and overall business excellence initiatives.
Qualification:
Masters or Bachelors Degree
Experience:
- Training and Development: Minimum of 10-12 years in training and development, with a strong focus on process training in US healthcare medical billing.
- Team Management: Proven experience in managing both Process Trainers and Soft Skill Trainers specifically within the US healthcare medical billing domain.
- Leadership: Prior experience in leading and managing a large training department, demonstrating strong leadership and strategic planning abilities. .
