01Overview
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of underwriters to ensure productive processing of US residential mortgage loans.
- Conduct thorough reviews of loan applications, collaterals, and other relevant documents to determine creditworthiness.
- Develop and implement effective strategies for pre-underwriting processes to improve productivity and quality control.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues related to loan originations, servicing, and collections.
Job Requirements :
- 10-20 years of experience in US mortgage underwriting or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of US residential mortgage products, including FHA, VA, USDA loans.
- Proficiency in loan origination systems (LOS) such as Encompass or similar platforms. .
