What We are Looking for
Knowledge about 4Cs (Credit, Capital, Capacity and Collateral)
Graduates (with degree certificates)
Minimum 1 Year experience is mandatory
Comfortable to Work from Home
Comfortable with US Rotational Night Shifts
Immediate Joiner
Experience in Encompass Tool
Knowledge about DSCR and Bank Statement income files is an added advantage
Hands on experience with Credit analysis, Income Verification and Calculation.
Knowledge about Fannie Mae (FNMA) and Freddie Mac (FHLMC) Guidelines
Knowledge about Conventional / FHA / VA loans
DTI/LTV Ratio Calculations to assess risk
