: Role/ Job Title: Senior Product Manager Function/ Department: Credit Cards Job Purpose : You will be responsible for developing and managing our credit card products and programs to drive growth and profitability for the bank. Roles & Responsibilities : - Develop and implement credit card product strategies and roadmaps in line with the bank's overall business objectives - Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and preferences, and use insights to drive product innovation and differentiation - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and operations to ensure successful product launches and ongoing management - Monitor and analyze product performance, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations for product enhancements and pricing adjustments - Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure our credit card products remain competitive in the market - Manage relationships with external partners and vendors to support product development and delivery - Work closely with the credit risk team to ensure responsible lending practices and compliance with regulatory requirements - Lead and mentor a team of product managers and analysts to achieve departmental goals and objectives - Solid understanding of retail banking and credit card products, with a proven track record of developing and launching successful products - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions and strategies - Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build relationships with external partners - Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the credit card industry - Leadership experience and ability to mentor and develop team members .
