Based at: PSR Prime Towers, Ground Floor, Unit No: G2, Beside DLF Cyber City, Gachibowli, Hyderabad, Telangana
Required Skills:
- Expert level experience in Recruiting Citizens, Green Cards, H1B Transfers and EADs.
- Must be able to work independently in a fast-growing setting
- Ability to demonstrate Full Recruiting Lifecycle (Understanding requirements, candidate prospecting, candidate screening, Negotiations, candidate submission, follow-up, Interview & On boarding etc.)
- Ability to meet the targets on a regular basis
- Hands on experience on sourcing and End to End Recruitment experience in US staffing
- Ability to source suitable candidate in short time frame
- Engage candidates and brings them into the recruiting process, build and maintain relationships
- Understands the competitive landscape for each Search Practice.
- Debriefs with Hiring Managers on candidates presented and how they will be a fit for positions being recruited, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and preparing offers.
- Builds and maintains candidate pipeline for future employment opportunities.
- Reports status of candidate pipeline on a daily basis to management.
- Must have hands on experience working on W2/1099 tax terms (w2 contract/Perm).
