SR. Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Generate and manage leads for Home Loans, LAP, and Mortgage Loans.
2. Handle the complete loan process from lead generation to login, sanction, and disbursement.
3. Coordinate with customers, banks/NBFCs, and internal teams for smooth processing.
4. Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
5. Maintain strong relationships with customers, DSA partners, and banking channels.
6. Follow up on leads and ensure timely conversion and disbursement.
7. Achieve assigned monthly sales and disbursement targets.
8. Ensure proper collection and verification of KYC and other required documents.
9. Maintain regular updates on leads, cases, and sales performance.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience in Home Loans / LAP / Mortgage Loans is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Banks and NBFCs.
• Strong knowledge of the end-to-end Home Loan process.
• Experience in login to disbursement.
• Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Candidates with DSA, Bank, or NBFC experience will be preferred.
