As a Sr. Research Scientist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting upstream manufacturing processes. Your key responsibilities will include:
Data Acquisition and Trending: Gather and analyze crucial data while identifying trends for process optimization.Risk Assessment and Validation: Perform risk assessments and validate protocols and reports essential for facility fit assessment.Tech Transfer Support: Actively participate in the tech transfer of production processes from R&D to manufacturing.Process Parameter Analysis: Populate and analyze process parameter summary sheets to ensure smooth operations.Troubleshooting and Investigations: Monitor ongoing manufacturing campaigns, troubleshoot related issues, and lead investigations on process-related deviations.Characterization Study Support: Collaborate with R&D to plan and execute characterization studies.Campaign Summary and CPV Report: Prepare campaign summaries and CPV (Continuous Process Verification) reports.Statistical Analysis: Utilize statistical tools to analyze manufacturing data and propose improvements for future campaigns.Continuous Improvement Projects: Lead projects aimed at continuous improvement within the manufacturing processes.Technology Adoption: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and processes for potential integration into manufacturing operations.Vendor Identification: Support Manufacturing in identifying and approving new vendors.Team Development: Coach, mentor, and train team members to foster professional growth and excellence.
