You will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of Global payroll, including tax filings and regulatory compliance. You will need to adhere to monthly SLA metrics and other prominent deliverables. Additionally, you will serve as a liaison to employees and with third party payroll vendors to ensure payroll processing accurately reflects company specific pay policies. It will be your responsibility to partner with HR & Finance teams where required to ensure coordination and information sharing between the teams for seamless delivery. You will also develop, update, and maintain process mapping and documentation. Furthermore, you will attend and resolve payroll queries and provide accurate information to stakeholders as per agreed SLA. You will verify and review exit clearance formalities and process employee F&F accordingly. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently is essential, along with the ability to manage multiple project assignments in a deadline-driven environment.
