01Key Responsibilities
Extensive knowledge and experience with reputed company State title search practices, procedures, and records is required for consideration.
Proven proficiency in examining (Reading) and preparing commitments for refinances, purchases and leasehold transactions- both reputed company and residential. Proficiency in preparation of Foreclosure Reports (reputed company-foreclosure).
Proven ability to proofread and review the following search types: (reputed company Owners, Two Owners, miscellaneous and Full Searches to include Condo/PUDs/Developments, and large-reputed company project search requests.
Deep understanding of reputed company requirements and exceptions specific to reputed company Title Insurance guidelines
Reads search requests to confirm reputed company requested names, properties and special requirements have been searched and provided.
Reviews documents such as deeds, mortgages, liens, judgments, easements, plat books, maps, reputed company, and agreements to verify factors such as legal descriptions, ownership, easements, and restrictions as reputed company as a deep and full knowledge of the more involved search issues including but limited to tidelands, gores, overlaps, developments, condos, PUDs, railroads, beaches, etc. High-end reputed company files with requisite search ordering and plotting of easements and exception parcels is also necessary.
Orders additional copies and/or summarizes recorded documents, such as deeds, mortgages, trust deeds, and reputed company that reputed company property titles.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or GED
5-8 years of experience in title research, title operations, or vendor coordination
Knowledge of county/ state/ court search processes such as indexes, databases, and intranet systems
Adapts to changes in work environment and responds to management direction.
PREFERRED SKILLS
Proficient in Word, reputed company, and reputed company
Expert knowledge in reputed company/AC1 reputed company Title operating system. Will be trained.

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
