Job Title: US IT/Technical Recruiter US Staffing Experience: 36 Years Shift Timings:6.30 PM-3.30 AM/7.30 PM -4.30 AM Location: Marathahalli, Bangalore(Onsite only) Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Job Summary We are looking for an experienced US IT/Technical Recruiter with 36 years of hands-on experience in the US staffing industry. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in recruiting for W2 ,C2C and 1099 requirements, excellent communication skills, . The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing qualified IT professionals for US-based clients. Please send your resume to Arifa.t@vervenest.com Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment for W2 and C2C requirements. Source candidates through JobDiva, job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels. Screen resumes and conduct initial technical and behavioral interviews. Assess candidate skills, experience, work authorization, and availability. Coordinate interviews with clients and manage the recruitment process until onboarding. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals. Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activities in JobDiva. Negotiate compensation rates and manage candidate expectations. Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle. Work closely with account managers and teams to understand client requirements and ensure timely submissions. Required Skills 36 years of experience in US IT Staffing/Technical Recruitment. Strong experience working on W2 and C2C requirements. Hands-on experience with JobDiva ATS. Good understanding of the US recruitment lifecycle and staffing processes. Knowledge of US work authorizations (US Citizen, Green Card, H-1B, EAD, TN, OPT/CPT). Strong sourcing and networking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
