Role: Sr. .NET Full Stack Developer Experience: 10+ years Location: Any Tier 1 City (Pan India), Hybrid Employment: Full-time preferred Joining Availability: Candidates should be able to join within 15 Days We are seeking a seasoned Full-Stack .NET Developer Lead to drive design, delivery, and operational excellence across mission-critical web applications. The ideal candidate brings deep C#/.NET Core expertise, hands-on frontend experience (Vue.js ) and proven Azure DevOps skills. This role requires strong technical ownership, mentoring ability, and the communication skills to partner with product, QA, and platform teams. Required qualifications: 10+ years of professional software development experience with significant hands-on work in C# and .NET Core.Strong experience building RESTful APIs, microservices, or modular backend systems.Practical experience with Vue.js and strong understanding of frontend architecture, state management, and build tooling.Proven experience with Microsoft Azure services (App Services, Azure SQL or Cosmos DB, Key Vault, Application Insights).Hands-on expertise with Azure DevOps (CI/CD pipelines, repos, releases); familiarity with Git-based workflows, automated testing, and build optimization.Solid understanding of cloud-native architecture patterns, containerization (Docker), and orchestration concepts.Demonstrated experience leading engineering teams, mentoring developers, and driving technical ownership.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make pragmatic trade-offs under deadlines.Good verbal and written communication skills; ability to present technical topics to varied audiences. Preferred qualifications: Experience with Kubernetes/EKS/AKS and container orchestration.Familiarity with other front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.Background in performance tuning, caching strategies, and database optimization.Experience implementing security standards (OWASP), automated security scanning, and infrastructure-as-code (ARM, Terraform).Prior experience in a lead or architect role in an Agile delivery environment.
