Roles and Responsibilities
Handling Major Corporates Group (Single/Multiple)
- Handling queries of HR/Employee through mails & calls and resolve them
- Solving Customer /HR/Brokers queries related to claims and other issues
- Guiding customers to apply for claims and with policy T & C
- Register claims in system
- Grievance resolution by taking follow with operation team
- Tracking up the claims file and updating to the corporate client till the claim get settled.
- Following up for the cheque dispatch and details and NEFT details with backend
- Maintaining day to day activities on the worksheet
Desired candidate Profile: Preferably TPA /Hospital /Servicing .
