Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Logistics and Dispatch Executive to oversee both domestic and export dispatch operations. The Logistics and Dispatch Executive will be responsible for coordinating and managing the efficient movement of products from our manufacturing facility to customers within the country as well as international destinations. This role requires meticulous planning, strong communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex logistics processes to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, execute and oversee the dispatch of products for both domestic and export markets, ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations and requirements.Liaise with warehouse and production teams to prioritize and expedite orders, ensuring timely fulfillment and shipment of products.Maintain accurate records of all inbound and outbound shipments, including tracking numbers, delivery dates, and shipping documents for domestic and export dispatches.Provide regular updates on shipment status to internal and external stakeholders.Resolve any issues or delays in a timely manner.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards governing domestic and international shipments, including customs regulations, trade compliance, and export controls.Carry out any other tasks as required to fulfill the responsibilities of the designated position successfully.

Work Experience needed
4-5 years in logistics & dispatch in a manufacturing industry

Skills Required
Strong knowledge of domestic regulations.Multitasking abilities.Detail oriented approach.Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Proficiency in Tally.Excellent communication skillsTeamworkProblem-solving skills.Customer oriented approachAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Flexibility in working outside office hours when required.Proven experience in domestic shipment documentation. .
