Role Description The Sr. Manager Accounts (SAP FICO) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Raipur. This role oversees the entire accounting function, including general ledger management, accounts payable and receivable, fixed assets, and statutory compliance.
The Sr. Manager is responsible for implementing and optimizing SAP FICO modules, ensuring accurate financial data, and driving process improvements. Day-to-day activities include reviewing financial transactions, preparing and analyzing MIS reports, coordinating internal and statutory audits, and ensuring timely completion of month-end and year-end closing.
The role collaborates with cross-functional teams, supports budgeting and forecasting activities, and ensures adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in SAP FICO, including configuration, process integration, and troubleshooting within finance and controlling modules.
Advanced knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, taxation, and compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
Experience in managing general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets, and inventory accounting in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and preparation of MIS reports for management decision-making.
Relevant professional qualification such as CA, CMA, or MBA (Finance), with substantial experience in senior accounting or finance management roles.
Familiarity with internal controls, audit processes, and implementation of process improvements and automation initiatives. .
