We specialize in strategy, architecture, delivery, and support of solutions in the ECM, BI, and Mobility space Job Position: Azure Data Operations Manager SRE Experience: 10 + Years Location: Hyderabad Required skills: Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure DevOps, Azure Data Lake storage (ADLS) and Synapse data warehouse, Azure Cosmos dB, Azure Data Engineering, MS Fabric, AI ML, Power BI, Big Data Responsibilities Lead and sustain a high-performance team that has skills to support production operations.Build deep knowledge of the business and understand the end-to-end customer journey.Partner with leaders across the functions to improve the design, visibility, availability, scalability, and performance of services.Deep understanding of architecture and design and propose proactive solutions Engage Engineering teams to identify tech debtModerate between Support and Engineering teams and ensure smooth running of applications deployed in productionRepresent support team in CAB meetings and make right decisions for smooth production roll outEfficiently automate manual processes, deep dive into incidents, and facilitate blameless postmortems.Improve alert management, decision making, analysis, error budgeting, and various optimization techniques by measuring data using standardized telemetry.Build methodologies for tracking reliability and performance issues to give teams an insight on areas of improvement to ensure customer satisfaction and increase product quality.Evaluate open-source and vendor products, create a proof of concepts, and migrate applications to the external cloud.Adhere to crucial company controls that are necessary to meet internal or external audit requirements.Contribute to the account and practice growth by working with client partners in identifying new opportunities and resource requirements.Exhibit inspirational leadership and build a talented, cohesive, result-oriented, and healthy team environment.Drive the governance calls with the technical customers and stakeholdersBuild value-proposition presentations, case studies, and accelerators to assist the Sales team during the pre-sales cycle to address all facets of Managed Services.Required skills: 10+ years of experience in software development, technical operations, and running large-scale applications.At least 5 years of management experience is required. 5+ years of experience in running shift-based support teams.5+ years of experience in developing or supporting Azure Data factory, Azure Databricks, Azure DevOps, Azure Data Lake storage (ADLS) and Synapse data warehouse, Azure Cosmos dB, AI ML, Power BI, Big DataMust have a good understanding on Microsoft Fabric workspaceAny experience in data virtualization products like Denodo is desirableMust have a good understanding of container platforms like Docker and Kubernetes.Hands-on experience in working with high-volume, mission-critical applications, and build messaging and or event-driven architecturesWhy choose GSPANN 'We GSPANNians' are at the heart of the technology that we pioneer.
