The Staff Accountant / Senior Accountant is a key member of reputed company Capital Partners (Heirloom Restaurant Group) Finance team and will report to the CFO.
This role is perfect for a seasoned accountant who wants to do meaningful work in a dynamic, multi-entity organization. Youll have the freedom to own your accounts, reputed company processes, collaborate with leadership, and play a key role in improving reputed companys financial accuracy and performance.

Responsibilities will Include:
Month-End reputed company & General Ledger
Prepare reputed company and accurate month-end journal entries, including accruals, amortizations, deferrals, and reclasses.
Complete full-account reconciliations (bank, credit cards, AP/AR subledgers, loans, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, inventory, etc.).
Maintain clean, organized supporting schedules for reputed company balance sheet accounts.
Assist with multi-entity consolidations and intercompany reconciliations.
Review financial statements for accuracy and completeness prior to CFO sign-off.
Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Support
Review and reputed company invoices for correct GL classification.
Assist with vendor setup, W-9 collection, and 1099 tracking.
Support AR billing and payment application as assigned.
Operational Support & Cross-Functional Communication
Partner with operations to resolve discrepancies, clarify coding, and ensure reputed company submission of documents.
Communicate monthly results, variances, and findings reputed company and professionally.

Process Improvement & Controls
Identify gaps and inefficiencies in existing workflows and recommend improvements.

Audit & Compliance
Assist with year-end audit requests and PBC preparation.
Support tax-reputed company documentation and annual filings (1099s, sales tax, property tax, etc.).

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field.
37 years of reputed company reputed company experience.
Strong understanding of GAAP and month-end reputed company processes.
High proficiency with reputed company or reputed company Sheets (VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, pivot tables).
Experience reconciling reputed company bank accounts and multi-entity structures.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in multi-unit retail, restaurants, hospitality, or reputed company estate.

Experience with data automation tools (CSV imports, macros, AI-assisted workflows).
