Who You Are
Metropolis is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to lead one of our Customer Experience application development teams through our next growth phase. In this role, you will drive the future of Metropolis products forward, shaping a vision that enables us to build top-notch customer experiences while providing strong technical thought leadership to shape an engineering-led culture. The ideal candidate possesses a product-oriented mindset and extreme curiosity to explore customer experiences, obsessively finding opportunities to make our technology frictionless, aligned with customer needs, and contributing to overall growth and profitability.
