Experience designing and building microservices-based architectures
Proven ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders in cross-functional environments
Experience leading architecture discussions, defining patterns, and mentoring senior engineers
Strong ownership across the full software lifecycle: design, implementation, deployment, monitoring, and iteration
