Qualifications Required

- Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot
- Experience building REST APIs and microservices
- Solid understanding of SQL databases and data modeling
- Strong debugging and problem-solving ability
In this role, you will work on building backend services using Java and Spring Boot, developing APIs and microservices supporting banking workflows, designing efficient data models, and optimizing database performance. You will also be responsible for integrating with core banking systems and external services, writing clean, maintainable, production-grade code, troubleshooting and resolving production issues, collaborating with senior engineers and architects on system design, and using AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity.

This role is suitable for engineers with 58 years of experience, developers who enjoy building production systems, and engineers who want to grow into system design and platform engineering roles. Domain knowledge in fintech or banking is helpful but not mandatory.
