Should have Lap and Home Loan underwriting experience.
Robust Analytical skill, should have ability to review and understand Lap & Home Loan applications
Analysis of application to assess credit risk in line with the company policy
Decisions and sound judgment within Delegated Credit Authority
Identify and drive changes within the team and support team members
High level of Credibility in respect to recommendations and decisions made.
Should have Credit underwriting authority in current organization.
Decision making authority
