Overview
You will be responsible for overall business profitability by appointing new franchisees, managing new admissions, ensuring retention, and increasing effective net students. Your role will also involve building the capability of franchisees for growth, executing new market penetration strategies, managing the brand building and marketing calendar, and influencing franchisees for marketing spends. Additionally, you will be involved in developing or exiting non-performing franchises from potential markets and building the capability of Area Heads & State Profitability. Travel within the state will be required.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A bachelor's degree from any discipline, with an MBA being an added advantage
- 10 to 12 years of experience in telecom, banking, insurance, or FMCG industries with a strong background in customer handling and franchise management
- Experience in leading a team of at least 5 members is a must
- Age below 40 years
- Proficiency in English and Hindi languages
- Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential
