01Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the collections strategy for Unsecured Business Loan portfolios (X, 1 & 2 buckets).
Manage a team of collection managers and field executives to achieve collection targets.
Monitor portfolio performance and reduce delinquency rates.
Drive legal and resolution mechanisms for delinquent accounts.
Ensure adherence to regulatory and company collection policies.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as Credit, Risk, and Operations teams.
Conduct regular performance reviews and implement corrective actions.
Strengthen collections processes to improve efficiency and recovery ratios.
Candidate Profile:
Minimum 910 years of experience in Collections, preferably in Unsecured Business Loans.
Strong experience leading regional/state-level collections operations.
Exposure to bucket management strategies (X, 1 & 2).
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Experience in NBFCs / Financial Institutions preferred. .
