Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and plans to achieve aggressive business targets for housing finance products in the Delhi NCR region.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales managers and executives, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring continuous skill development.
Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and customer acquisition to loan disbursement and post-sales service, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Expand and manage various sales channels, including Direct Sales Agents (DSAs), builder tie-ups, corporate alliances, and direct sales teams.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and refine sales strategies.
Manage the regional P&L, ensuring optimal resource allocation, cost efficiency, and revenue maximization.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including builders, financial intermediaries, and high-net-worth individuals.
Ensure strict adherence to all regulatory guidelines, company policies, and ethical sales practices.
Prepare and present regular sales performance reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
Drive initiatives for customer engagement and retention, enhancing the company's brand presence and market share.
Recruit, train, and motivate sales personnel, setting clear performance objectives and conducting regular performance reviews.
Collaborate closely with credit, operations, and marketing teams to ensure smooth process execution and product development. .
