Role & responsibilities
Business Growth
- Achieve state-level current car loan sales targets.
- Develop and execute growth strategies for loan disbursements and market share.
- Monitor branch and regional performance against budgets.
Dealer Network Management
- Build and maintain relationships with automobile dealers and OEMs
- Expand the dealer network across the state.
- Negotiate business arrangements and partnership programs.
Team Leadership
- Lead Area Managers, Sales Managers, and Relationship Managers.
- Set performance goals and monitor productivity.
- Recruit, train, and develop sales teams.
Credit & Portfolio Quality
- Ensure adherence to credit policies and underwriting guidelines.
- Monitor loan portfolio quality, delinquency levels, and NPAs.
- Work closely with risk, credit, and collections teams.
Customer Experience
- Improve loan approval turnaround times.
- Ensure high service standards and customer satisfaction.
- Resolve escalated customer and dealer issues.
Preferred candidate profile }
- 12 to 18+ years in Banking, NBFC, Auto Finance, or Retail Assets.
- Strong experience in New Car Loans/Auto Loans business.
- Proven track record of handling large geographies such as a state or multiple regions.
- Experience in leading large sales and distribution teams. .
