01Responsibilities
1. Development:
Hands-on coding and development using React Native.
Ensure the quality, performance, and responsiveness of applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
2. Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of React Native developers.
Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards are followed.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and cross-functional collaboration within the team.
3. Project Management:
Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to define project timelines and deliverables.
Provide regular updates on project status, milestones, and potential risks.
Contribute to project planning and resource allocation.
4. Innovation and Best Practices:
Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in mobile application development.
Introduce and implement new technologies and tools to improve development efficiency.
5. Quality Assurance:
Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality software.
Conduct and participate in testing activities, including unit testing and integration testing.
6. Documentation:
Create and maintain technical documentation for the development team.
Ensure that documentation is up-to-date and accessible to all team members.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relatedfield.
Proven experience as a React Native developer with a strong portfolio of mobile applications.
Previous experience in a leadership or lead developer role.
Expertise in React Native development and JavaScript.
Strong understanding of mobile app architecture and design patterns.
Familiarity with native build tools, like XCode and Android Studio.
Knowledge of state management libraries (e.g., Redux).
Solid leadership and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and guide a team to meet project goals.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to make critical decisions.
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
