Store Supervisor

We are looking for a StoreSupervisor to manage procurement, inventory, material movement, documentation, supplier coordination, and MIS reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Prepare Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO).

2.Identify & Coordinate with suppliers for negotiation, order placement, delivery follow-up, and material tracking.

3.Receive materials and verify quantity against Purchase Order and Delivery Challan.

4.Prepare GRN and maintain accurate material receipt records.

5.Manage material issues, stock transfers, physical stock verification, and inventory records.

6.Maintain Stock Transfer Notes, Sales Invoices, Trip Sheets, Pick Lists, Delivery Documents, and other records.

7.Prepare MIS and stock management reports using MS Excel.

8.Ensure accurate inventory records and reconciliation between physical and system stock.

9.Coordinate with suppliers, internal teams, logistics, and other stakeholders.

10. work on SAP for purchase and inventory-related transactions.

11. Manage and monitor inventory through MIS and SAP on a daily basis, including daily stock liquidation, stock movement, reconciliation, and inventory ageing.

Required Skills:

1.Hands-on experience in Purchase / Procurement / Stores / Inventory Management.

2.Working knowledge of SAP.

3.Good knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.

4.Strong communication, negotiation, coordination, and follow-up skills.

5.Good understanding of inventory and stock management.

6.Stakeholders management

7.Ability to handle Third-Party Audit and internal Audit.
