Our next breakthrough Detecting visible signs of real medical conditions like anemia, jaundice, lupus, and nutritional deficiencies using AI models trained on facial photographs.Were launching a clinical study in India to support global expansion and eventual U.S. FDA approval. To make this happen, were seeking a Strategic Partnerships & Clinical Operations Lead to unlock partnerships with hospitals and diagnostic centers, and ensure the successful execution of ethically and commercially sound studies. Role OverviewYou will be the business and executional spearhead in India securing access to hospitals, negotiating terms, coordinating between medical departments (e.g., radiology, pathology, internal medicine), and enabling clinical teams to collect high-quality data. Youll work directly with the U.S. founding team. Key Responsibilities Hospital & Diagnostic Center PartnershipsIdentify and approach hospitals, diagnostic labs, and academic institutions suitable for clinical studiesLead MOU discussions and negotiate commercial and operational termsCoordinate across multiple departments: radiology (ultrasound), pathology (blood tests), internal medicine, and admin Clinical Trial EnablementWork with ethics boards (IRB/IEC) to prepare and submit protocolsCoordinate with a clinical principal investigator or CRO to implement the studyEnsure study setup meets U.S. FDA-aligned GCP standards Data Collection StrategyHelp design workflows for consented facial image collection alongside diagnosisEnsure access to required medical confirmations (e.g., blood reports, ultrasound results) tied to each patientEstablish scalable SOPs for data accuracy and privacy Cross-Functional Product SupportTranslate medical workflows into app/feature requirementsCollaborate with AI/data team on how labels and metadata are collectedIdentify operational risks and solve them proactively Ideal Candidate Profile EducationBachelors or Masters degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Management, or Business, software education/background requiredBonus: exposure to clinical or health-tech projects Experience37 years in hospital partnerships, clinical research ops, health-tech, diagnostics, or digital health strategyProven success negotiating with hospital chains, research sites, or diagnostic labs in IndiaExperience enabling cross-functional healthcare projects (e.g., clinical pilots, device trials, digital health deployments) Skills & TraitsStrong communicator and relationship builderKnows how to sell a partnership vision while navigating hospital red tapeUnderstands basic medical workflows (e.g., OPD, labs, ultrasound)Bonus: Exposure to ethical research, clinical studies, or medical AI LocationBased in or willing to travel frequently to Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, or other metrosAbility to manage hybrid work with in-person hospital presence as needed Compensation 1L2L per month (depending on experience)Performance-linked bonusEquity options available for long-term candidates Show more Show less .
