What role will you play in the team: As a Strategic Consulting Manager, you will lead project teams in optimizing business processes and implementing ERP systems. Develop detailed process maps using Visio and Lucidchart. Oversee the integration of ERP systems with existing systems and processes. Develop training programs for end-users on the new ERP systems. Monitor project progress and ensure that project objectives are met on time and within budget. Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop customized solutions. Utilize project management tools like Jira and Asana to track tasks and manage project timelines. Use data analysis techniques to identify areas for process improvement. Required Qualification and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. Extensive experience in process optimization and ERP implementation. Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle. Strong project management skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Knowledge of process mapping methodologies and tools. Ability to lead and manage project teams effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with project management tools like Jira and Asana is a plus.
