Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB). Strong knowledge of configuration management principles and best practices within ServiceNow environments. Experience in managing and maintaining accurate configuration data to support IT service management processes. Ability to analyze complex system relationships and dependencies to improve configuration accuracy and integrity. Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to configuration management and database integrity. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB). This position is based at our Pune office. A 15 years full time education is required. .
