About the Role
As the Senior Manager - Research and Survery Analytics, you will define the strategic direction for our Research Operations team, lead large-scale research functions, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful, people-based marketing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor high-performing Research Operations teams
Drive strategic planning and operational excellence
Oversee research delivery, survey programming, data processing, and project execution
Manage budgets, financial planning, and operational performance
Identify process improvements and implement innovative solutions
Partner with senior leadership to achieve business objectives

What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
10+ years of leadership experience in the Market Research industry
Strong expertise in Research Operations, Survey Analytics, and Project Management
Proven experience managing large teams and business operations
Strong financial and strategic planning capabilities
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
