We're looking for a
Strategic Services Executive
to support key merchant accounts and drive service excellence.
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 12 Years
What You'll Do
Own service tickets from creation to closure
Serve as the service SPOC for assigned merchants
Ensure SLA adherence and timely issue resolution
Manage escalations and critical service incidents
Coordinate with Product, Tech, SCM, Business, and Field Service teams
Identify recurring issues and drive long-term improvements
You're a Great Fit If You Have
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
A customer-first mindset
Ability to multitask and drive issues to closure
Experience in Customer Success, Service Operations, Merchant Support, Technical Support, or Account Support
