We are hiring Strategic Sourcing Specialists at multiple experience levels to join our Sourcing and Category Analyst team. Whether you're a few years into your sourcing career or bring over a decade of experience, we have a role suited to you.
The Sourcing and Category Analyst team drives strategic procurement decisions by combining market and supplier knowledge with data-driven analysis. We partner closely with internal stakeholders to define sourcing strategy, support contract negotiations, and continuously improve how we source products and services.
What You'll DoSupport or contribute to the definition of sourcing strategySupport the strategic procurement of products and services through data gathering and analysisEvaluate strategic options and participate in the creation of sourcing strategyContribute to the implementation of sourcing strategy by selecting, negotiating, and recommending awards for sourcing contractsSupport continuous improvement of sourcing processes through data analysis and stakeholder managementOpen LevelsStrategic Sourcing Specialist (IC3) | 6+ Years Experience5+ years of experience in purchasing, contracting, material management, finance, or a related fieldPreferred: 3+ years of data analytics experienceStrategic Sourcing Specialist IV (IC4) | 12+ Years Experience9+ years of experience in purchasing, contracting, material management, finance, or a related field2+ year of experience in a leadership/mentoring role3+ year of experience in healthcare or another heavily regulated industry (e.g., Banking)Preferred: 2+ years of project management and data analytics experience .
