Role Overview
Temenos is seeking an experienced Junior Associate / Associate to join the Strategy team. In this role, you will report to a Strategy Director and work closely with senior management to develop and implement tailored business strategies. Projects will cover areas such as Growth Strategy, Product Strategy, M&A, and Competitive response.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive commercial consulting skills and learn to run and grow a technology company within the full breadth of Corporate Strategy.
- Analyze banking market and competitive insights to provide recommendations at regional and central levels.
- Develop market entry, expansion, product, and turnaround strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to formulate Go-to-Market strategies.
- Devise competitor-specific strategies to improve win rates.
- Provide insights and recommendations to feed into Product Strategy and roadmap.
- Drive/support special projects commissioned by the Executive Committee.
Qualifications Required
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience at a top-tier Strategy Consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, Boston Consulting Group).
- Undergraduate degree in engineering or business.
- Master's degree in Management or other business-related area.
- Knowledge and interest in Banking/Technology in financial services is highly beneficial.
- Proven analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within teams and across functions.
- Strong technical skills in market/industry analysis, consulting toolkit, market sizing, Excel/data modeling, and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal skills, analytical ability, and creativity.
- Self-motivated, fast learner with the ability to work independently.
- Passionate about working in different cultures and geographies.
