Responsibilities
Provide advanced technical support for Adobe products in a voice process. Handle complex how-to and troubleshooting queries from global customers. Support and guide agents through knowledge transfer sessions and refreshers.
Required Candidate Profile
Strong expertise in Adobe products (minimum 34 products required). Ability to handle advanced technical and functional queries.
