About us
Let'sTute, a Universal Learning Aid company, is a learning and content studio with over 12 years of experience building educational and corporate training content for a wide range of clients. We are currently developing a store-team training program for a luxury silver jewellery retail brand launching across multiple cities in India, and we are looking for a Subject Matter Expert to anchor the domain content.
About the role
You will be the domain authority behind a blended training program: a set of self-paced digital learning videos and a five-day instructor-led curriculum (two days virtual, three days on-ground). Working alongside our instructional design and production teams, you will ensure every piece of content is accurate, credible, and reflects how a genuinely luxury retail floor operates. You bring the expertise; our team handles instructional design and production. Your job is to make sure the what is right.
What you will do
Provide and validate the domain content for both the digital modules and the classroom curriculum, covering silver and jewellery product knowledge, luxury customer experience, store SOPs, selling and clienteling, and process excellence.Translate real luxury retail practice into clear learning points, in collaboration with our instructional designers.Review scripts, storyboards, presentation decks, and workbooks for accuracy and authenticity.Shape practical elements: role-play scenarios, objection-handling frameworks, assessments, and store-floor examples.Advise on what excellent looks like at each stage of the luxury client journey.
What we are looking for
7 to 10+ years in luxury or premium retail, ideally in jewellery, fine jewellery, or silver, in roles spanning store operations, retail training, or capability building.Strong command of luxury customer experience and clienteling: how high-value clients are engaged, sold to, and retained.Working knowledge of retail store operations and SOPs: opening and closing, inventory, security and high-value handling, billing, and after-sales.Understanding of jewellery product fundamentals: metals, purity and hallmarking, craftsmanship, and product care. The ability to explain the why behind luxury service behaviours, not just the what.
Nice to have
Prior experience creating or contributing to retail training content, e-learning, or facilitator-led programs.Experience training or leading store teams in a multi-store or multi-city rollout.Exposure to jewellery retail specifically, as opposed to luxury goods in general. .
