Job Summary Responsibilities - Lead the implementation and optimization of O2C processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. - Oversee the management of order processing and ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. - Provide expertise in pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline order management and accounts receivable processes. - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement. - Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all O2C activities. - Develop and maintain documentation for O2C processes and procedures. - Train and mentor team members on best practices and recent processes. - Resolve complex issues related to order management and accounts receivable. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback. - Utilize data analytics to drive decision-making and process improvements. - Support the implementation of new technologies and systems to enhance O2C operations. - Contribute to the development of strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. Qualifications - Must have a strong background in pricing strategies with proven experience in implementing and optimizing pricing models. - Must have domain expertise in Order to Cash including Order Management and Accounts Receivable. - Should have excellent analytical skills to monitor and improve O2C processes. - Should possess strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. - Must be detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. - Should have experience in training and mentoring team members. - Nice to have experience with data analytics tools and technologies. - Nice to have knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements. - Must be willing to work night shifts and from the office. - Should have a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improveme .
