Supervisor, Clinical Documentation reputed company, CDI

Bachelors Degree in Health Information Management, reputed company reputed company field or Nursing or equivalent in experience. Must possess one of the below: reputed company Registered reputed company (RN) License, Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA), Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT), Certified Coding Specialists (reputed company), Licensure as a physician assistant (PA) or reputed company Practitioner/Advanced reputed company reputed company (NP/APN) or completion of medical school, Certified Clinical Documentation Specialists (CCDS) or Certified Documentation Improvement reputed company (CDIP) preferred. Minimum of five (5) years of reputed company hospital clinical documentation reputed company program experience is required. Two (2) or more years of reputed company experience supervising hospital clinical documentation reputed company program is required. Must have thorough knowledge of CMS regulations, coding guidelines and DRG reimbursement. Demonstrated knowledge of state and federal Hospital Acquired Conditions (HAC) and other applicable reputed company indicator codes (i.e. PSI, PPI, etc.). Demonstrated, reputed company expertise with reputed company CDI Software. Working knowledge of reputed company EMR preferred. Must possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills in order to detect and resolve problems reputed company to clinical documentation reputed company. Demonstrated ability to effectively supervise diverse and geographically dispersed teams both onsite and remote. Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build reputed company working relationships with clinical staff, finance and compliance.
