Role Overview
As an Associate, Supplier Cybersecurity Controls Assessor at JPMorgan Chase, you will be part of the Supplier Assurance Services (SAS) team responsible for conducting comprehensive risk assessments of suppliers within the Corporate Third Party Oversight (CTPO) program. Your role will involve designing and implementing controls and processes to enhance the security posture of JPMorgan Chase's supply chain. You will report directly to the Global Head of Corporate Third Party Oversight and work closely with various stakeholders to ensure supplier compliance with JPMC policies and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with multiple LOB Delivery Managers to ensure compliance with assessments as per JPMC policy and procedures.
- Lead virtual technical risk and control assessments of medium and low-risk supplier environments to validate compliance with JPMC Corporate Policies & Standards.
- Identify control breaks and vulnerabilities within supplier IT environments and document findings for resolution.
- Collaborate with senior managers to communicate and influence best risk practices and drive compliance with risk management practices.
- Assist with various SAS program initiatives and identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Work with the Supplier Control Assessment (SCA) team to assess supplier control environments and validate evidence before closing action plans.
Qualifications Required
- 8+ years of experience in Technology, Technology Risk & Controls, Cybersecurity, Application Security, Cloud Security, Network Security, and Third-Party Outsourcing Risk Management.
- Good understanding of Third-Party Oversight and Supplier Assurance Programs.
- Experience in Supplier Management, Risk and Controls Management, Technology Audit, or Information Security.
- Strong written and verbal presentation skills at the senior management level.
