About the Role

Key Responsibilities Analyze supply chain data to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and cost-saving opportunities. Develop and maintain demand forecasts in collaboration with sales and marketing teams. Monitor inventory levels across all distribution points and implement strategies for optimal stock management. Track and report on key supply chain metrics, such as lead times, transportation costs, and order fulfillment rates. Support the implementation of new supply chain technologies and process improvements. Collaborate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery and quality standards. Assist in the planning and execution of product launches and promotional activities. Conduct root cause analysis for supply chain disruptions and develop mitigation plans. Prepare regular reports and presentations for management on supply chain performance and recommendations. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, Operations Research, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain analysis or a similar role, preferably within the FMCG sector. Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI). Experience with supply chain planning software and ERP systems. Solid understanding of inventory management principles and logistics operations. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an office environment in Chandigarh, Chandigarh . Knowledge of forecasting techniques and demand planning. Familiarity with FMCG market dynamics is advantageous.
