Roles & Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day activities of the SMI utilization program and track progress across SMI reuse
workflows.
Analyze inventory data and map inventory items to the appropriate templates and parameters.
Coordinate with Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Management teams for material
redeployment activities.
Ensure smooth execution of slow-moving inventory reuse and disposal processes with proper
validations.
Support inventory digitalization and maintain monthly updates on SMI excess inventory lists.
Monitor and resolve issues to improve process efficiency and tool effectiveness.
Manage template mapping, approval workflows, and support process/tool enhancements.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
Minimum 4 years of experience in Supply Chain Operations.
Strong knowledge of Material Planning, Material Management, Inventory Control, Logistics, and
Supplier Coordination.
Good understanding of Mechanical Components and Industrial Materials.
Experience with Bill of Materials (BOM), Sourcing, Warehousing, and ERP systems such as SAP
or Oracle.
Ability to read and understand Engineering Drawings, GD&T;, and Mechanical Assemblies.
Proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps and automation
tools is an added advantage.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. .
