01Key Responsibilities
1. Insight Leadership & Strategic Influence
- Lead analytical projects that identify performance trends, uncover root causes, and support supply, demand, inventory planning decisions, logistics & warehousing efficiency improvement initiatives
- Serve as a trusted business partner to planning leaders and cross-functional stakeholders incl. logistics & warehousing, embedding insights into all levels of decision-making.
- Shape and communicate our planning performance narrativetranslating complex data into compelling insights for senior leadership.
2. People Leadership & Capability Building
- Collaborate with planners across ISEAM Supply Chain to build confidence in data interpretation, dashboard usage, and performance storytelling.
- Elevate the analytical maturity of Supply Chain teamsfostering a mindset of curiosity, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Support the development of training, tools, and resources that embed analytics into daily planning workflows.
3. Dashboarding & Performance Visibility
- Design and maintain intuitive dashboards that provide real-time visibility into critical planning KPIs (e.g., forecast accuracy, inventory turns, service levels).
- Lead the governance of planning metrics, ensuring consistency, data integrity, and clarity.
- Collaborate with BI and digital teams to continuously improve data pipelines and visualizations.
4. Advanced Modelling & Simulation
- Build advanced statistical models to support long-term forecasting, inventory optimization, and capacity planning helping planners drive S&OP; process maturity.
- Drive Scenario analysis in enabling planners to take effective decisions balancing Service levels & Inventory adaptability driving proactive decision making.
- Champion automation of repeatable analytics to create capacity for strategic analysis using VBA, RPA (Robotic Process Automation), Python Scripting etc.
