Overview
As a Supply Chain Management (SCM) Support Specialist, your role will involve managing a portfolio of existing corporate clients to enhance SCM facilities usage and drive revenue growth. You will also be responsible for identifying and engaging new corporate and multinational clients for SCM solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing existing corporate clients to expand SCM facilities usage and increase revenue
- Identifying and prospecting new corporate and multinational clients for SCM solutions
- Assisting in sourcing modeling and structuring SCM transactions across large domestic and pan India MNC clients
- Contributing ideas for new SCM propositions and enhancements to existing products
- Liaising with internal teams and external partners to obtain approvals and implement deals
- Maintaining clear communication with clients throughout the deal lifecycle
- Gathering required information for credit assessment and supporting the preparation of SCM credit memo and facility documentation
- Resolving client queries and ensuring seamless delivery of SCM solutions
- Tracking and reporting approval conditions regularly
- Coordinating with the implementation team on deal implementation
- Monitoring post-implementation performance and addressing operational issues

Qualifications:
- CA / MBA with up to 2 years of experience in Trade Financing / Corporate Banking
