Execute sourcing strategies with end-to-end metrics tracking for business and production success.Create and maintain accurate assembly BOM configurations.Ensure accurate lead times, production scheduling, and inventory levels to mitigate risk of shortagesFacilitate cross functional discussions on make and buy decisions to ensure optimal production / purchase executionBuild cross functional teams and lead continuous improvement initiatives to meet or exceed cost, quality, and delivery goalsCoordinate with suppliers, production, and logistics to ensure timely product delivery/completionProactively provide status and updates on all critical supply issues (ongoing and new product development)Place purchase ordersDiagnose and resolve purchase order discrepancies and invoicing issues using 3 way matchPrepare and present regular reports on inventory, order statuses, supplier performance, and annual production/purchase volume .
