01Overview
The Supply Chain Manager role is focused on managing import operations, domestic logistics, e-commerce fulfilment, inventory planning, and customer operations for an onsite business function in Gurgaon. This role is ideal for a supply chain professional with strong experience in domestic logistics, e-commerce operations, and cross-functional coordination.
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end import and international logistics operations, including procurement coordination, shipment planning, customs clearance, and inbound logistics
Coordinate with group companies, suppliers, freight forwarders, Customs House Agents, and logistics partners to support timely and cost-effective deliveries
Oversee domestic transportation, warehousing, and distribution across retail, distributor, and e-commerce channels
Manage third-party logistics partners to ensure timely order fulfilment, service level adherence, transportation cost optimisation, and delivery performance
Handle business-to-business and business-to-consumer order fulfilment across marketplaces and direct-to-consumer channels, including inventory availability, order accuracy, service level agreement compliance, and returns management
Collaborate with Sales and E-commerce teams on demand forecasting, inventory planning, stock availability, and readiness for promotions, product launches, and peak sales events
Manage distributor and customer portal operations, documentation, inwarding schedules, and customer-specific packaging, labelling, and documentation requirements
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related fiel
7 to 10 years of supply chain experience
Strong expertise in domestic logistics, particularly in e-commerce and quick commerce operations
Experience in import operations, international logistics, customs clearance, and inbound logistics
Experience managing transportation, warehousing, distribution, and third-party logistics partners
Knowledge of business-to-business, business-to-consumer, marketplace, and direct-to-consumer fulfilment operations
Ability to manage inventory planning, demand forecasting coordination, customer documentation, and distributor operations
