Support and Customer Service Executive

Position: Customer Service Executive Location: Cochin Qualification:Diploma or Degree holders, preferably in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related discipline Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, order fulfilment, planning, or supply chain coordination, preferably in the electronics or manufacturing industry Salary : Upto 5 Lacs Key Responsibilities Process customer orders accurately and on timeCoordinate deliveries with logistics and manufacturing teamsHandle order changes, returns, and customer queriesUpdate customer portals and order statusMonitor backlog and shipment schedulesSupport demand forecasting and inventory planningCoordinate with Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Planning teamsKnowledge of inventory management will be an added advantage.Customer service and order managementERP/MRP knowledge (QAD preferred)Good communication and coordination skills .
