Hi, Hope you are doing good We need a L1 Support Engineer (Fresher) with 0-1 Year Experience to be base at Bengaluru *Should have experience on: Key Responsibilities We are looking for a motivated B.Sc. freshers to join our L1 Support team for a critical project. You will play a key role in ensuring 24/7 system availability, monitoring application health, and providing first-level support to resolve issues in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities 24/7 Support: Actively participate in a 24/7 rotational shift model to ensure seamless support coverage. Incident Monitoring: Monitor core software platforms and follow established processes to track and document incidents. Problem-Solving: Utilize analytical skills to investigate technical issues, perform troubleshooting, and conduct basic root cause analysis (RCA). Communication: Maintain fluent verbal and written communication with internal stakeholders to provide timely updates on ticket status. Collaboration: Work closely with the team to implement solutions and drive reliability improvements for software systems. Candidate Requirements Education: B.Sc. degree (or equivalent). Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities with high attention to detail. Basic knowledge of Linux and database management. Basic programming knowledge to understand code execution and assist with debugging. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Basic to intermediate). Familiarity with or willingness to learn tools such as JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, Splunk, Zabbix, or Grafana. Soft Skills: Fluent in English (written and verbal). Independent, self-motivated, and highly organized. Position : 6 Month Contract (it can be Extended as per performance) Experience: 0 to 1 years.
