Support Engineer 3D Printing & Maintenance
Location:
Ambattur Industrial Estate, Chennai
Salary:

What Youll Do
Operate and manage 3D Printing services for customers
Troubleshoot & repair 3D Printers, ensuring smooth operations
Assist customers with technical support (email, chat & calls)
Perform basic 3D Design & modifications for printing jobs
Optimize print settings for best output quality
Maintain machine health and conduct routine servicing
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in 3D Printing , machine maintenance, or technical support
Hands-on experience with FDM/SLA 3D printers (Assembly, calibration & troubleshooting)
Basic 3D Design skills (Fusion 360, SolidWorks, or similar)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Good communication skills to assist customers effective
