The role primarily focuses on after-sales support, backend operations, customer coordination, and process management. Salary Range: 15,000 25,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
Provide post-sales support to students/customers and ensure a smooth experience.Handle backend operations and maintain accurate records and databases.Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and concerns.Manage documentation, reports, and process-related updates.Track customer requests and ensure timely follow-ups and issue resolution.Assist in onboarding and support-related administrative activities.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.Maintain process compliance and contribute to operational efficiency.Eligibility Criteria
Graduation in any discipline.Freshers are welcome to apply.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a team environment.Dedicated, responsible, and detail-oriented individuals preferred.Willingness to work from the office and learn operational processes.Preferred Skills
