job Role Conduct door-to-door household surveys to collect accurate data related to water connections, meter status, headcount, service quality, and customer feedback. Record and verify survey information using a mobile app/tablet or physical forms as required. Sensitize households about ongoing KUWSIP project activities, water supply improvements, and the importance of water conservation. Capture customer grievances and understand the social impact and customer behaviour zone-wise. Ensure accurate and reliable field data collection and overall customer service enhancement. .
